AI voices and sound for game characters

Prototype and ship character voices quickly. Design unique voices from a description, then add ambience and music to bring your world to life.

Example script

Modern Standard Arabic
أيها المسافر، الطريق إلى القلعة محفوف بالمخاطر، فهل أنت مستعد لما ينتظرك خلف الكثبان؟
The challenge

Games have hundreds of lines that keep changing until release, and Arabic localisation is often cut because casting and recording every character is too costly for small studios.

How Vocla helps

Voice characters directly from your script, regenerate lines as the story evolves, and design distinctive voices from a text description. Use the voice changer to perform a line yourself and render it in a character's voice.

Why Vocla for Gaming

  • Unique characters

Design voices from a prompt: a wise elder, a young hero, a mysterious guide.

  • Fast iteration

Regenerate lines as your script changes during development.

  • Ambient worlds

Generate music and ambience for markets, deserts and cities.

  2. Step 2

    Design or pick voices

Use voice design for distinctive characters, or choose from the library.

  3. Step 3

    Generate the lines

Voice your dialogue sheet and regenerate lines as the script changes.

  4. Step 4

    Add atmosphere

Generate music and ambience, then import everything into your engine.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ship a commercial game with Vocla voices?

Yes, with a Professional or Enterprise plan, which include commercial use.

Can I clone a specific actor's voice?

Only with the actor's written consent. On a paid plan you can clone a voice from short reference recordings once the actor has agreed in writing; cloning an actor's voice without it is not allowed. Otherwise, use voice design to create an original synthetic voice from a description, such as a wise elder or a young hero, and keep it for the whole game.

Can I act a line myself and change the voice?

Yes. The voice changer takes your recording and renders it in a library voice, keeping your timing.
