Questions from enterprise teams

Is there a minimum commitment?

Enterprise pricing is agreed per customer based on volume and requirements. Tell us what you need and we'll propose options.

Which currency do you invoice in?

Payments are processed in US dollars by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. Indicative prices can be shown in SAR, AED and EGP.

Can we clone the voice of one of our presenters?

Yes, on any paid plan, with the presenter's documented consent. Upload or record short reference clips of their voice; the cloned voice stays private to your workspace and you can delete it at any time. Our team can also help you design an original synthetic voice that fits your brand.

Do you offer an on-premises deployment?

No. Vocla is a cloud service. If you have specific hosting or data location requirements, raise them in the form and we'll tell you honestly what is possible.
